Ingredients

1 ripe peach, scrubbed
1 ripe PC Organics Bananas , peeled
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Organics Strawberry Fruit-On-Bottom Yogurt
2 tbsp (25 mL) chilled organics apple juice

Instructions

  1. Cut peach away from pit, leaving skin on. Place peach, banana, yogurt and juice in blender. Blend on low for 1 minute or until smooth; adding more or less apple juice to adjust consistancy. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
