The skin on our air chilled chicken breasts crisps up to golden perfection. Much quicker than roasting a whole chicken, plus no more arguing over who gets the white meat.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using your fingers, gently loosen skin of each breast. Spread seasoning mix under skin of breasts, dividing evenly. Place chicken breasts on rimmed baking sheet, skin side up. Brush skin with olive oil.
  3. Roast in centre of oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear when thickest part is pierced.

Chef's Tips

Refrigerate leftover chicken promptly for a delicious cold roast chicken lunch the following day.
