1 lb (500 g) PC Blue Menu Air Chilled Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1-1/4 cup (300 mL) 35% whipping cream
3/4 cup (175 mL) PC Blue Menu MEMORIES OF Szechwan Spicy Peanut Satay Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Place chicken in 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish. Stir together Memories sauce and cream; pour over chicken.
  3. Bake uncovered in centre of oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice, if desired.
