Our ham is delicately flavoured with rosemary and pairs beautifully with Brie and apple. You could use pear, if you prefer.

Ingredients

1 sheet PC Butter Puff Pastry ,thawed
100 g piece of deli PC Blue Menu Rosemary & Black Pepper Stone-Roasted Ham , cut in 36 equal pieces
1 pkg (165 g) PC Single Cream Goat Brie
Half PC Ambrosia Apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using sharp knife, cut puff pastry into 36 equal squares. Place on prepared baking sheet. Place a piece of ham in centre of each pastry square.
  2. Bake in centre of oven for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden, puffed and cooked through. Meanwhile, trim side rind of Brie away. Cut cheese into 36 equal pieces.
  3. When bites come out of oven, place a piece of Brie on top of each piece of ham. Top each with a piece of apple and serve.
