1 box (907 g)	PC Blue Menu Lean Italian Beef Meatballs
1/2 cup (125 mL)	PC All Natural 1% M.F. Yogurt - Plain
1/2 cup (125 mL)	PC Marinade - Souvlaki

Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C). Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Place frozen meatballs in bowl. In another bowl, stir together yogurt and marinade; pour over meatballs and toss to coat. Spread on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in centre of oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.

Don’t worry if the sauce begins to look a bit curdled, as the protein in the yogurt cooks. Do not overcook, or the sauce will curdle further.
