Ingredients

2 tbsp (25 mL) PC 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 large egg
1 tbsp (15 mL) skim milk
2 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. In bowl, whisk together egg, milk and cinnamon.
  2. Spray nonstick frying pan with PCBM Canola Oil Cooking Spray. Heat pan over medium heat.
  3. Dip bread in egg mixture and place in heated frying pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden. 
  4. Transfer to serving plate and top with maple syrup.
