Ingredients

4 no name Original Waffles
2 cups (500 mL) PC Cream First Chocolate Fudge Crackle Caramel Chocolate Ice Cream
4 tsp (20 mL) PC Old Fashioned Butterscotch Ice Cream and Dessert Topping
2 tbsp (25 mL) icing sugar

Instructions

  1. For best results, let waffles thaw for 4 to 5 minutes before toasting. In toaster or toaster oven, toast waffles until golden. Place a waffle on each of four dessert plates.
  2. Scoop 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice cream onto centre of each waffle. Dust ice cream with icing sugar and drizzle with some butterscotch sauce. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tips

Garnish with strawberries and/or sliced oranges, if desired.

Substitute no name Chocolate Chip Waffles, if desired.
