Ingredients

2 Bone-in rib steak each about 16 to 24 oz (500 to 750 g) and 2-inches (5 cm) thick
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp (15 mL) coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Kobe Tamari Garlic Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Wipe beef with damp cloth and pat dry. Mix together rosemary and pepper. Rub steaks all over with rosemary-pepper mixture. Brush with Memories of Kobe Sauce.
  3. Place steaks on greased grill; close lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
  4. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Chef's Tips

Resting before slicing allows the juices to redistribute.
