1 PC French Baguette
4 tsp (20 mL) PC Horseradish Dijon
12 slices PC Havarti Light Cheese Sliced
10 oz (300 g) deli-shaved PC Blue Menu Angus Roast Beef
1 cup (250 mL) drained PC Sliced Sweet Roasted Red Peppers
2 cups (500 mL) loosely packed PC Organics Baby Arugula

Instructions

  1. Cut baguette in half horizontally. Spread mustard evenly on bottom half.
  2. 2. Cut each havarti slice in half diagonally. Top bottom half of baguette with roast beef, cheese, peppers, arugula, and top half of baguette. Cut crosswise into six equal pieces. Wrap each sandwich individually and store in refrigerator until ready to pack in picnic cooler with cold source..
