Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 mL) PC 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Horseradish Dijon

Instructions

  1. In small saucepan, stir together maple syrup and mustard until combined. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot, about 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to warmed sauceboat.
  2. Serve with sliced PC Vermont Ham, if desired.

Chef's Tips

Sauce can be made the day before serving. Refrigerate, and then heat to serve.
