Ingredients

2 croissant
2 tsp (10 mL) whole grain Dijon mustard
2 slices cooked ham
1/2 cups (125 mL) Shredded PC 1-Year Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp (25 mL) PC Peach Chutney Relish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° (190°C).
  2. Cut croissants in half horizontally. Spread bottom halves with mustard. Top with ham and cheese. Spread chutney over cut sides of croissant tops; place on top of bottoms. Place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 10 minutes.
