All the flavours of a cheese dog, served up in a tortilla instead of a hotdog bun. If you prefer, lay all the ingredients out buffet-style, and let everyone make his own wrap.

Ingredients

4 PC Original Hot Dog Wieners
4 small whole wheat tortillas
4 tsp (20 mL) sour cream
1/4 cup (50 mL) shredded light Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Salsa - Mild

Instructions

  1. Bring saucepan of water to a boil. Add wieners. Reduce heat to simmer; heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Drain.
  2. Spread each tortilla with 1 tsp (5 mL) sour cream. Place a wiener in centre of each tortilla. Top each wiener with 1 tbsp (15 mL) cheese and 1 tbsp (15 mL) salsa. Fold and serve.

This multiplies easily to feed a crowd.
