2 pkgs (each 397 g) PC Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes on the Vine , quartered
2 pkgs (each 100 g) PC Formaggio Di Bufala , drained and cut in wedges
1/4 cup (50 mL) lightly packed torn fresh basil (about 8 leaves)
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold Pressed
4 tsp (20 mL) PC Splendido White Condiment With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1/4 tsp (1 mL) sea salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In serving bowl, gently toss together tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, oil, condiment, salt and pepper.
