Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) PC 4-Berry Blend
1 1/2 cup (375 mL) 1% milk
1 cup (250 mL) PC All Natural 1% M.F. Yogurt - Plain
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Organics Pure Honey
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 strawberries, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place berry blend, milk, yogurt, honey and banana in blender. Puree until smooth, stopping machine and stirring mixture once. Pour into four tall glasses. Serve garnished with sliced strawberries, if desired.

Chef's Tips

Add more or less honey, to taste.
