Ingredients

1 bottle (350 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Dad's Grill, Maple, Apple & Beer Sauce
8 oz (250 g) PC Naturally Smoked Bacon
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
3 cans (each 19 oz/540 mL) no name White Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  1. In slow cooker, stir together Memories sauce, bacon, onion and water. Gently stir in beans.
  2. Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 8 hours.

Chef's Tips

Serve with brown bread and green salad, if desired.

Serves 10 as side dish, with sausages or eggs.
