Oink for the bacon and m for the meatball! Mmm. If the Memories sauce was in the refrigerator, you may want to heat it slightly.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half crosswise. Place half-slices flat on work surface. Place one meatball at bottom of each bacon strip; roll into a little parcel and place seam side down on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crisped and browned.
  4. Remove from oven and skewer with serving picks. Place on serving dish and serve with Memories sauce to dip.
